1. Heart disease: Heart disease may cause high hemoglobin concentration in patients, such as chronic pulmonary heart disease, cyanotic congenital heart disease, etc. It is recommended to treat the primary disease in a timely manner, such as improving chronic lung disease by anti infection treatment with aminoglycoside antibiotics and macrolide antibiotics. In addition, severe vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, extensive burns, diabetes insipidus, hyperthyroidism crisis, ketoacidosis, etc. can also lead to high hemoglobin concentration, mostly due to the outflow of sweat, urine, blood and other body fluids. It is suggested that in addition to the treatment of the primary disease, fluid replacement treatment should be carried out in time, such as blood transfusion, intravenous injection of glucose or sodium chloride solution. If the patient is taking sodium aminosalicylate enteric coated tablets, nitroglycerin tablets and other drugs, the hemoglobin concentration may also be higher, but it can generally recover after a period of drug withdrawal.
