What causes infertility?

In infertile couples, the female factor accounts for 40% to 55%, and the male factor accounts for 25% to 40%. The common factors of both men and women account for 20% to 30%, and there are some unknown reasons. Female infertility factors include fallopian tube factors, which mainly transport sperm, pick up eggs, and transport fertilized eggs to the uterine cavity. In addition, there are ovulation disorders.
