Your level of self-discipline determines your height in life

Some people say that the most terrible thing in life is regret while living. There is no regret medicine in the world. Instead of falling into a situation beyond regret, it is better to start your self-disciplined life slowly and gradually.


1 One is to reduce complaints.

In the face of a life that can't be smooth sailing, you can choose to always face it with a smile. Don't habitually complain about people and things around you, and regret the decisions you have made. After all, there is no perfect choice in life. Every life has its advantages and disadvantages.

In fact, as long as you are firm in your inner thoughts, bravely choose and bear the possible results, it is the best outcome. Thousands of people's lives have thousands of different appearances. Don't be confined to difficulties and sigh and complain. You have to know that only by maintaining a good attitude, being positive and smiling, can you embrace a better life.

2 The second is to improve capacity.

I don't work hard at ordinary times, and when the opportunity comes, I find that I don't have the corresponding ability. When I was young, I felt that English was not easy to learn, so I gave up halfway through it. When I got the opportunity to work abroad, I could only regret that I had missed the best time to learn. Instead of wasting time after the incident happened before being upset, it is better to try to improve yourself from now on.

After all, as long as it is what you want to do, it is never too late. You can use your scattered time to read, use your free time to listen to lessons, and work hard to improve your abilities. Don't worry about losing your talents. You have to know that opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared.

3 The third is to learn to reflect.


Reflection is to better summarize the past so that you can clarify your future goals. Only when you have a certain understanding of your own current situation and abilities can you talk about change and the future. You may not see the difference between you and others for a while, but over time, the effect of self-discipline will appear. Gradually, you will be more confident and continue to meet a better self, so that you can always strive towards your dreams.


Life is not a short 100-meter race, but a marathon that tests endurance. Only by running, thinking and adjusting the direction of life in time can we run faster and farther. People are strong because of thinking. If you think more, try more, set principles and bottom lines, you can live more self-disciplined.


The degree of your self-discipline will determine the height of your life. The more self-discipline you have, the more success you have. Self-discipline can make your life healthier and soul fuller. The real strong are highly self-disciplined people. Life will reward every self-disciplined person.
